So, I was thinking of starting a new chorus project. Now, its not an /official/ SNC project _{(unless Hammy wants it to be)} but I wanted to begin organizing it here because I love SNC <3 //shot

Anyways, I'm sure a lot of you have listened to Time Machine by Hatsune Miku. If not, here it is~

It's a really pretty song by 40mp :3

Okay, for the singers I want to try and have lots of singers! Now, I'm not the /best/ (err....actually. I'm not even relatively good xD) at mixing so unless someone happily and really really wants to help me mix then maybe I'll only accept 20 or so people. ;w;

Now, you still have to sing good to get in. As in, standard SNC rules apply (check the SNC general info thread) but I won't judge too harshly. :3

Animation:

Alright. Animation. This is the interesting/weird part. For the animation I want to use real life footage. Like, footage that the singers have filmed~

If you contribute a fairly decent amount of film footage, you will most likely get a nice solo
On the other hand, if you don't want to film anything but still want to join then you can try your hand at the chorus/harmony parts ^^ (That will sound really nice if a lot of people join in 8D) I will be providing harmony guides and stuff eventually~

Okay. Footage.
The footage must be HD/HQ quality pleasee! I don't really want to use LQ stuff because that brings the quality of the entire chorus down |w|

For the footage, lots of variation is good. VERY GOOD. We don't exactly want a chorus showing just a house. =w=
Its more footage reflecting the landscape, daily scenery, daily people etc.

Try not to film yourself though because I want the animation to seem like its in 1st person POV :3
Filming your house is also generally a bad idea ^^;;

None of these ideas are set in stone yet though. No deadline has been set and auditions won't start until I upload an audition video ^^

If anyone wants to partner with me to start this project, that would be great |3
But please make sure you'll stick with it till the end ;w;

Anyways, I also wanted some feedback. Do you guys think this sounds like a good idea?

i'm perfectly fine with making it an snc project, though at the same time i understand if you want to make it separate. SO, UP TO YOU! *A*)b

i'd be willing to mix and all that stuff, though if it gets into the school year (which it probably will, knowing us //SHOT!) i'd probably die. sooooooo. i can be back-up |'D

and~ i'd totally send in some footage. hd camcorder~! (i've got footage of the fireworks last night too, hehe~)

Dude. Even if you don't accept me into the chorus (oh gosh this song sounds so hard! I don't know it!), I'm still giving you footage xD Since it's warm, I can get some NICE scenery shots! I go camping, so I can get a nice river, I live next to some woods... I have lots of fields around town, too! WHEEEE

and come to think of it, we should get someone on the southern hemisphere *coughsaicough* to get footage since it's winter over there ;D

That's right! o: That'd be COOL C: I have winter photos... I live in CT, so we got many feet of snow. x.x

okay i finally got around to listening to the actual song (LOLderppp!) and was wondering if we could also do a little bit of... a cosplay pv?? well, minus the cosplay part. but you know, for example "i put my headphones in" ...... er yeah i think you get what i'm saying ;D i'd be willing to do that since i'm pretty sure i can convince my dad to take pictures (he's interested in that stuff) _{and i've been wanting to try being in pics forever //shotshot}

It makes me mad though because I was up in the mountains like...a month ago and we took a whole bunch of pictures but no videos D:
It was actually Yosemite park and there was a really really pretty stream because all the ice was melting and it was super sunny and happy and the meadow was nice and green.

As there is no deadline yet, I have plenty of time, right?
Well through out the summer holidays, I am going to a few different places, so this will give me the chance to get a few differnt pieces of footage, My camcorder and camera have HD not like its my camera.. I like to steal things for my best friend, hahaha

hehehe.... Even though I live in london, There IS a lot of parks round my house, If you needed busy fottage,I could go to central London for big ben and stuff XD

I'd offer to help mix, but you'd have to take my word on it that I can. /has no samples ||OTLOTLOTL
I will try and get some footage though! I'm about to go on vacation, so there is some great scenery up there. :'D
